Documents you send me are used solely to prepare your workup or call and are not shared with third parties, except as needed for tools/services used to deliver the engagement, e.g., document processing software.
The workup report and any materials I deliver to you are yours to use for your own deal. I retain the right to use anonymized, non-identifying findings (no business name, no seller names, no buyer names) in future published content, consistent with how the post-mortem itself was published.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Burned Once LLC is not liable for any decision made, or loss incurred, based on a workup, Deal Call, or any content on this site.
